Responsible for market mapping and sales planning, customer acquisition through effective sales, onboarding customers, extended customer engagement, process compliance.
• Achieving business targets assigned, product wise
• Adherence to cost budgets and ensuring branch profitability

• Prompt follow up with customers for regular repayment of loans
